Would you like to improve your performance at work? Are you a senior manager in your organisation or someone with a high level of responsibility? Do you live or work in or around Bristol, Bath or North Somerset? (Preferable, but not essential.) Would you like the support of an executive coach… free of charge?
Update: Due to the high level of demand for this offer, I’m afraid I’m not able to take on any additional coachees at the moment. However, if you’d like to register your interest in case I have some capacity in the future, please feel free to get in touch.
As part of my professional development and to provide an even better service to my clients, I am currently studying towards a professional qualification in coaching and mentoring. Alongside this classroom study, I need to gain practical experience of coaching individuals who work at a senior and/or strategic level within their organisations.
Coaching is not about providing you with advice or telling you what to do. Rather, it is about working with you to gain clarity and insight, to unlock your potential and to improve your performance. Find out more about coaching here.
I already have experience of coaching, so know what I am doing. However, in order to gain the level of experience required for my course of study, I am looking for people who think they could benefit from coaching support.
This support would take the form of:
- an initial face-to-face session (or over the phone if you don’t live in this neck of the woods) lasting about ninety minutes, to get to know each other, to discuss the coaching process and to agree the areas on which we will focus ;
- a further four to five focused coaching sessions, each lasting an hour or two, at a frequency to be agreed (these can be face-to-face, by telephone or by Skype);
- a final face-to-face debrief and feedback session.
As I am training, I won’t charge you a penny for this package. All I would ask is that you engage with the process and that, once our sessions are complete, you provide me with honest and constructive feedback on the coaching process and what we have achieved.
